A Christmas Story House
How do you take a cult classic and improve on it? You enshrine it in a museum. Brian Jones bought the Cleveland house used in the 1983 holiday classic A Christmas Story and hired Landau Public Relations to promote the grand opening. We were challenged to generate local and national coverage and bring visitors to A Christmas Story House and its gift shop solely through media and community relations. complete case study (PDF)

Taste of the NFL
Landau Public Relations served as the public relations agency for TNFL for 10 years – promoting nine Super Bowl events. Our media relations campaign centers on TNFL’s mission: to raise awareness and dollars for hunger relief across America. Our objectives are to maximize awareness and media coverage of TNFL and its mission, position it as a must-attend event during Super Bowl weekend, and ultimately raise funds for hunger-related charities by stimulating ticket and cookbook sales. complete case study (PDF)

Spangler Candy Company - 100th Anniversary
Landau PR wanted to build a story, not merely announce the 100th anniversary. The aim was to make consumers aware of the milestone while connecting them with the sweetness and fun that Spangler candy represents. Our brand management campaign went beyond traditional media relations by incorporating a contest and guerilla marketing to maximize results. complete case study (PDF)

InterContinental Hotel Cleveland
Landau Pubic Relations was hired while the hotel was still under construction to create and execute a comprehensive public relations strategy that covered the construction and opening phases of the hotel, and ongoing post-opening activities. The new hotel is in a challenging location, situated just outside of the central business district of downtown Cleveland. With the addition of 940 guestrooms in luxury hotels in Cleveland from 1997 to 2002, there seemed to be an unbalanced supply and demand and it was perceived by many in the business community that Cleveland didn’t need another hotel. complete case study (PDF)
